How to use: Prep with a dehydrator. REQUIRED: first apply a thin clear layer of Strong Filler or Ideal Calm. Then apply MOOD KISS in 1–2 thin layers, avoiding the skin; cure LED/CCFL 30–60 s or UV 90 s; finish with a top coat or design.
